Peaceful setting

I reacted calmly receiving this photo in a text a bit back from my dear wife Karen.

She needed to visit her great friend Chris someplace warm for a few days. Chris needed some emotional support. Karen could use a stop near an ocean. They both were totally vaccinated and know how to remain cautious in public.

I’m glad she got the chance to help a friend and fill her own tank, too.

Me, I’m awaiting the annual drive we’ve scheduled for Cape Cod …
