Yes, there is sun in the winter

The sun just doesn’t want to come out and play sometimes during this stretch of winter. That doesn’t mean that Onondaga Lake Park can’t look pretty. And it doesn’t keep the hardy people of Central New York from wandering the space.

Nobody wants to take a seat during the winter

Onondaga Lake Park is a year-round recreational space. Folks are invited to use one of the two trails. I walk fairly regularly, since my home and work are so close by. I do not sit down and rest, though. I keep it moving.

Yes, it’s back to normal, dear dog

It seems are cherished rescue mutt Ellie b aka Dogamous Pyle can’t quite believe it’s back to the normal routine, either, as the sun rises over our backyard this first month of 2020.

Now we get back to everyday life with vigor

Getting ready for our new year

May you have a special day ringing out the year. And the decade. I’ll leave you looking up from a spot I park my car many times while running errands in the Village of Liverpool. It’s a reminder to keep our eyes open to find the wonder in life.
