Non-rosy glow

Struggling to peek still. The photo label says 4:20 p.m., and the sun is fighting hard to stay between the two houses. The yellow roses are trying to hang in, too, but not so much.

Natural pruning

Down came the branches. We have had a lot of wind in the Galeville neighborhood lately. Many of the loose branches on our neighbor’s tree that overhang our backyard had no chance of staying above the ground. I’ll clean them up before spring mowing, promise.

That December sunset angle

Niece and nephew make me smile

Great looking and not so young anymore. My sister Dory was glad to text with me while I was recuperating from The Virus. And she sent me a great photo of my niece Erin and nephew James to help me along with my sprits, too. Miss my Long Island family!

Feeling better, thank you

My space. After a full week of recuperation, I’ll spill the tea, as the saying now goes. I home-tested positive last Saturday. After the sneezing, hacking and stuffy head, I wasn’t sure I just had a cold or allergies or the flu kicking in. Two lines showed up on the kit I pulled out of…
