The rainbow curved majestically over the roofs of the houses across the street as my dear wife Karen pulled her car into our driveway, home from yesterday’s work at last.
A drizzly late afternoon had just then given way to a slight break in the gray clouds. The rainbow was backdropped by that sudden golden glow you can only marvel at as dusk descends upon you.
I grabbed my iPhone. I had to capture this wonderful sight from Syracuse, N.Y., to share with the world.
That legendary pot of gold just might be in the backyard of my neighbors who live in that white house. I will keep my ears tuned to hear if they won last night’s Powerball drawing.
nice shot, at magnificent end of day
