Pretty plant pots all in a row

You know I like symmetry. Tomato plants donated by terrific daughter Elisabeth and fantastic fiance George Three successfully transplanted into the neat black pots secured at the nearby Lowe’s, my dear wife Karen and I decided a new backyard alignment with the strawberry pot and fig tree was in order. Long may you grow.

More tomatoes for my salad

My friend John’s backyard tomato garden continues to flourish. This time around, he sent me back home with full-sized fruit instead of the pop-in-your-mouth version. My bowl at home would be tastefully topped several times, thank you, my friend.

That’s how to freshen your salad

While my friend John was tending to chicken on the grill, I noticed some bright red in his garden. He told me to reach over and pick some for my contribution to our dinner. Yes, the fresh tomatoes surely made the salad pop.
