Present pays off

Polish dinner, yum.

One of the traditional Christmas gifts I receive from terrific daughter Elisabeth and fantastic George Three is serious links of kielbasa.

They travel to a Polish butcher in Utica to get the best.

And I use the delicious meat to anchor my Polish dinner, along with pierogi, sauerkraut and beans.

Yes, that’s horseradish on the side of the kielbasa.

Also note that my dear wife Karen and I like cheese pierogi.

And the kids give us enough kielbasa for three dinners!
