It’s a bit disconcerting to me, Bruce. I just can’t see all those people wanting to live in downtown Syracuse for new apartment prices, but what do I know?

Looks like it’s across from the State Offices, near City Hall? I think it was previously a large, very drab brick office building that was condemned (maybe asbestos) … somehow gutted and perhaps they built this inside, and now are finally removing the outside brick walls? I’m not sure. Yeah, it sure seems like it just appeared. Great windows. I like it.
