I ventured out and around the house when the sun came up to check out how much snow had arrived throughout yesterday.
Out front I saw plenty.
Our plow guy had waited until the end of the day. The town plow had given him plenty extra to pile up at the end of our driveway. A bird watches me from across the street.
The blanket remains on the front yard trees.
The spring sprouts fight for their position.
Out back, a winter look returns.
Please don’t hate me, Mark, but I just think that looks so beautiful and inviting! Maybe next winter we could trade houses for a week. 🙂

It snowed here yesterday but not that much. It was just enough that it lasted half the day and then melted.

No total melt here yet, Jen.

Springtime in CNY… it really looks beautiful, but by March it is not a welcome sight I always thought. Hey, it was sunny and 90 degrees here yesterday! Surreal!

For sure. But, of course, since I’m home anyway with nothing much to do, I can wash that darn kitchen floor every day.
