Sometimes I know why Ellie B aka Dogamous Pyle gets me up so early.
And it’s not just because our beloved rescue mutt is hungry. Or needs to take care of what’s built up while we’ve been sleeping in A Bitty Better.
More than that.
She wants to greet that yellow ball coming over our horizon.
This dog sees so much.
I enjoy seeing things through yours and Ellie B’s eyes, Mark, and I had a ball with this post.

Oh, my rescue dog gets me up early every single morning to do…I don’t know what! But there we are, bright and early, before the sun even comes up. Well, at least it is nice and quiet at that time.

Ellie B ranges from 3 to 7 a.m. She wants her breakfast bowl of food and to be let out in the backyard, and up I get to let her out. My doggie alarm clock, SD! Some days I can go back to sleep and some days I can’t.

It’s funny how our dogs always know. Such smart fellows, and so annoying when don’t realize we can all sleep til 7.

Yeah, their alarm clocks don’t always match up with ours, SD!
