My dear wife Karen and I took our time in the numerous art aisles at the grand At Home store in Syracuse mega shopping, dining and entertainment complex Destiny USA.
We had two spots on the living room walls of A Bitty Better in the Liverpool neighborhood of Galeville that we wanted to fill.
We carefully pondered size, colors, composition …
They’re larger than our hanging photograph collages and smaller than the flat screen TV.
I like them.
Now we’ve got adult art, Karen declared.
I think your art looks great and your post made me laugh! I’ve had the same thoughts.. my house doesn’t look like an adult house because I have no idea what to hang on the walls!

Nicely done! I really like the mood of the colors in the tree painting. I have only one original painting, but it’s precious to me. I’m trying to figure out why I don’t own the originals of all these prints in my house lol – just, you know, some Rockwells and a Seurat lol! 🙂

Yeah, the originals. That would be quite an accomplishment, Joey!

Very cool. The first painting goes great with the chair. With adult stuff, you have to do a little bit a time or you get overwhelmed. I learned that when I bought my first matching bathroom decor lol
