They found their cool spot

Spotted during a walk through Onondaga Lake Park, two guys enjoying their time at the end of the pier. Fishing. Probably talking. Maybe not. Sharing the moment their way.

What’s to come back up the hill?

My safe walk done, I turn back toward the rest of the day. I parked my car in the library’s underground garage, where a solid day of satisfying work awaits. First will come a stroll through two blocks of the Village of Liverpool. I’ll breathe all of it in.

That early trip to the lake was worth it

I left for my shift at the library early last week so I could take a walk down by the lake. That allowed me to find the sun still playing its hello-Spring-day games with the trees. Good way to get ready for work, I thought.
