Take your time. This spring, our beloved front-yard dogwood tree decided to come out in bits and pieces. Some years it has bloomed all at once. It has its own mind, obviously.
Proudly. Our front-yard dogwood is taking the February cold and snow with grace. I’m glad to take note of its winter ruggedness every time I open our front door.
Short but sweet. Another rite of spring that makes me smile: Our front yard dogwood tree has opened its buds for my dear wife Karen and I. Glory week. It works hard all year to impress us with this blooming time.

My yearly cheer for our front-yard dogwood blooms has arrived. Can you hear the happiness? Like the time span of these flowers, my voice of approval is also short and sweet.
