Variety is good

The sky’s the limit. The crowds encountered by my dear wife Karen and I at the annual Syracuse Arts and Crafts Festival were curious and lively. The downtown blocks off the circle were perfect for our chosen strategy of up-one-side and down-the-other to see it all.

Pretty art and more

Positioning is everything. A recent stroll through downtown Syracuse found that the summertime plants had been hung on Salina Street. I liked the way it set up next to the big bank building mural.

Find what you need

Basic guidelines. Haven’t seen this before, I thought during my recent downtown Syracuse stroll, as I passed a tall sign that pointed folks toward various streets and towns. Interesting mix.

Pretty theater message

That’s entertainment. The Landmark Theatre mixes old and new to spread entertainment still in the heart of downtown Syracuse, said my glad heart during my recent stroll.

Planting an idea

Pretty placement. There have been a lot of different restaurants at this busy corner in downtown Syracuse, I thought during my recent stroll. Never have I ever experienced Peruvian fusion cuisine, thought I as I took in this new possibility.
