I like all those
Check, check, check. Bodega 524 in Clayton has come upon a great menu for its sidewalk sign. Big sandwiches, a variety of drinks and smiles? Yup.

Great message. Yes, thought I as we strolled the Main Street of Clinton, the Rotary Club members have a lot of nice things to push.
Great font. In the relay from my eyes to my brain, for one startling second I thought Frank Sinatra was sending a young lookalike to sing in Clayton, N.Y. Frankie Scinta is the performer. As I thought it over, my past life recalled a Central New York group the Scintas … Yes, Frankie and brother…
Destination relaxation. The public pier on Clayton’s Main Street is set up for gawking. I wasn’t ready to sit down. I might not have wanted to get back up, the scene was so pretty.
Lakeside selling. This clothing store’s owners were smart enough to put sliders and a balcony at the rear of their establishment. The rolling St. Lawerence River surely sets a pretty scene for the Main Street of Clayton.
Humans can smile. My dear wife Karen and I drove hopped in the car and drove the 90 minutes or so north for a lunch visit with our good friend Chris. We strolled the pretty village of Clayton after sharing a meal, beverages and plenty of smiles. Yay to French onion soup and a towering…
Did you see that play?! Terrific daughter Elisabeth and George were watching the Mets game the other night .. … and so, apparently were loveable kitties Izzy and Vinny. Best cat fans, ever.
Surprise visitor. Yes, we do like to compare our friends the goats to dogs. Spotting this goat tender leading her four-legged friend around the fair garden made my dear wife Karen and I smile a lot.
Hello, old friends. My dear wife Karen always smile as we stroll through the New York State Fair’s goat barn. Cozy. They are always so darn friendly to us. Sorry, no room in our yard. Karen couldn’t resist petting one cutie who came right up to the rail.
Big bear for sure. My dear wife Karen and I were happy to spot a reminder of our youth standing guard in the law enforcement compound at the New York State Fair. Smokey the Bear was the name in our Wayback. Only we could prevent forest fires. Eventually we learned that they’d shortened the name…
