Advent beers, Part IV

I knew I was getting toward the end of my basket ‘o beers from Elisabeth when a mere four remained on the left side of the basket. And there were 24 when I began on Dec. 1. My how one a day went by quickly when I was having so much fun.

I think the owners of the new bakery two businesses down from my library workplace are helping my staying power in not dropping in and stocking up. Sugar is the first word. I can’t. Someday I will bring some home for my dear wife Karen, I promise.

Advent Beers, Part III

Just add kids

The children’s playground across the road is ready for kids. I notice the bus picking the little ones up at the end of their long weekday of daycare, and I am happy about that.
