Getting a charge out of Teslas

Plugged in and getting ready for another drive. Did you see all the Teslas? asked my dear wife Karen before we started the walk from her other-make vehicle into Syracuse mega shopping, dining and entertainment complex Destiny USA. No. A quick look to the far edge of the parking lot note a line of the…

Happy installation

I almost forgot this important update … Found: a Liverpool company that decided to hook up the gas line and finish the installation of the new dryer, too. Yes, indeed, Charles Plumbing, Heating and Electric. It is nice, indeed, to have the new washer and dryer taking care of our laundering needs in our own…

Skelly says bring on Valentine’s Day

Bring on the next holiday. Going out to dinner with daughter Elisabeth and George Three on Wednesday night, she said the neighborhood skeleton was dressed up for another holiday and ready for another drive by. Backyard beauty

Side yard in the snow

Room to grow. The shed and pavilion at Elisabeth and George’s spread looks great under the white blanket, I decide as I do the dad walkabout. So many good times to come, I imagine.

Happy new house looks lovely

Pretty picture. The snow fell, and I asked my terrific daughter Elisabeth if I took the short drive to take photos of the lovely new house she and George Three have settled into just a mile down the road. She texted back sure. It makes me so happy. Now I can capture nice images here…

Take a bough

Stay right where you are. New snow can be downright clingy, says I as I peer out after taking tentative steps on the back deck.

Lovely backyard blanket

Pretty picture. Our backyard was waiting for the blanket of white to cover the winter pale green grass and leftover autumn leaves and such. This is much easier on the eyes, for now.
