A big year for the Cape Cod flowers

A beautiful year.

Our Central New York friends Julie and Aaron and their son Evan happened to be enjoying Cape Cod during some of the same days as my dear wife Karen and I this spring.

We convinced them that joining us for a visit to the Heritage Museum and Gardens was a good idea.

Popping.

The rhododendrons were popping.

This was our fourth visit to the grounds.

Vibrant day.

We’ve seen them proud and we’ve seen them past peak.

Variety rocks.

Our friends were glad we went.

Vintage automobiles.

The two floors of cars-from-the-past opened their eyes, too.

My two favorites.

And there was the art exhibit in the barn.

Great day with friends.

Julie was a top-notch guest photographer, too.
