There were plenty of reasons to smile during our seven-night cruise on the Freedom of the Seas.
My dear wife Karen had her great moments.
Food made her happy.
Drink made her happy.
Being with the gang in the Arcadia Theater made her happy.
I had my fine moments.
After drinks at the high point on St. Thomas, I returned to the big time at the ship.
Before lunch on Coco Cay.
I was happiest when we smiled together.
A quick tourist stop overlook from the bus tour on St. Martin made me happy.
A long stay after riding to the top of St. Thomas made me happy.
Today is Karen’s birthday. Happy Birthday, my dear wife.
Sunday: A jumping-good ice show
Which is your favorite photo, and why?

Great vaCATion, Mark! Take a look at the last photo again. Can you see a smug face in the clouds? It’s like someone used a blue pen and drew a face on it. HA! (☆▽☆)

Ha! Great call on that one, Patricia, a cloud comment aided from a new arrival.

I have enjoyed your blog soooo much and the pictures are wonderful. I feel like I am back on the ship as I read and look at the pictures! I love your concept of smiles. I have always said you see so many people smiling and happy when you are on a cruise. They are friendly and even speak! Happiest of birthdays to our cruise buddy Karen!

And look at the shirt I’m wearing in the one shot, Mr. McKeever, a present from my great friend Jim that made it to the top of St. Thomas. Thank you again for being so thoughtful with your CitiField goodie. 🙂

I love the last photo. They were all terrific, you have done a good job promoting the world of cruising. I admit I never ventured on a cruise ship feeling it might be too organised and limiting for us as we prefer to pick up and go while on holiday.

There are a lot of choices among the organized world aboard, mpw. Hey, I just wrote and put the pictures up the way we saw it, and leave it for you to decide, my friend.
