So the City of Syracuse switched out to an artificial Christmas tree for the traditional spot on downtown’s Clinton Square for the first time this year.
Lots has been discussed in local media spots regarding costs, the saving of one really big live tree that won’t be cut down each year, this and that.
I want to know if it looks good.
Here’s your daylight shot.
Here’s the last live one from last year, in daylight, for comparison’s sake.
You know a nighttime view will come eventually if you’re patient.

It has a shape to it, Beth, that’s very narrow and tall.

Wake up and smell the tinsel. That’s the world of today like the reality on the Syracuse campus. Nothing new remember Kent State?

Just because it is doesn’t mean I walk around without weighing other ways, Gerald.
