Backyard chef and my hero George Three.
Everybody’s invited over after our Mother’s Day drive to test out George Three’s new pizza oven, declared terrific daughter Elisabeth.
Roaring flame.
His mom Sue gifted it for Christmas, we discovered as we all visited the Lilac Festival in neighboring Rochester for a lovely Mother’s Day excursion with the kids, Sue and we two.
Papa Mia!
In their backyard later, we all ate our homemade pizza from the new oven.
Yes, they taste better this way, with a salad on the side and cheesecake to round out the meal.
Thank you, thank you, thank you George and Elisabeth. (And Sue.)
