My Mom sadly handing me a dying flower bloom on….of all days….Mother’s Day. My sisters and I laughed. I looked at my rescue pup and thought, yep, all living things need rescued. The white flowers are burnt on the edges; surrounding the white, pink ones continue to bloom around them. It sits by my camper door. I grin everyday looking at it.

I love those little plants, I’ve bought a few in my time and they usually recover with a bit of care at home.
