No problem there. All these malls and similar places are closing anyway as the major anchors go out of business. At the beginning of this year more closings of these remaining have been announced.
I recall a few years ago two of the complexes closed down in Albany where I used to head up to Canada 🇨🇦 for business.
Better start writing fast!
