On a recent walk during our work break, my colleagues and I spotted two unusual birds a bit out on Onondaga Lake.
This pair was way whiter and quite larger than the seagulls that usually hangs out near the Onondaga Yacht Club Marina.
Swans, decided Laura.
Out she, Edina and I went to the shore’s edge, they urging me to photograph them with my iPhone 8.
Head up, Laura proclaimed.
To the stately birds, not commenting on my form.
I was thrilled to see while looking at my zoomed-in photo that one of the swans obliged her wishes.
how beautiful. the whole shot. and i love, love swans

At first I thought they were Canada geese but when zoomed in, sure enough they’re swans.
