Last year there was a building and parking lot across the street from where my dear wife Karen and I always park for the Syracuse University Orange football games.
Going up.
No longer.
I was surprised to see a new building going up when we pulled in for week one.
Contrasts.
The construction crew works fast.
Almost finished?
I wonder when the new tenants will be moving in?
