My BloggyVille friend Marissa Bergen, poetess behind Glorious Results of a Mispent Youth, posted an important non-verse story today.
Her son landed a role in a music video from the band Hell Yeah. That’s cool, sure. But the best part is that the song delivers a powerful message against domestic abuse.
Please click the link below to read the Rock and Roll Supermom’s post and see the video for the song.
I saw this over at Marissa’s place, and thought it was awesome! 😀

Right, not actually a reblog, sorry about that! Either way, thank you so much. Am truly honored that you found this worthy of your blog!

I “Press This”-ed it, Marissa. When you hit that feature, add your own categories and tags before you hit publish, WordPress publishes it to everybody instead of just to those that follow you. “Press This” gives it way more readership than “Reblog” if you add categories and tags. That’s what I read in a primer from Opinionated Man. So that’s what I now do to worthy stories like yours. 🙂

Oh, thanks for the tip Mark! Yes, I notice the reblogs just don’t seem to get as much traffic and I wondered if it had anything to do with the fact that you don’t add your own categories. Now, I’m all cool on the DL! Glad it was worthy of your Press This!
